Title: Fund Accounting Manager Location: Washington, DC (hybrid) A leading global investment firm with a multi-billion-dollar platform is seeking an Fund Accounting Manager to join its Finance team. The firm invests across a diversified set of strategies, including venture, growth equity, private equity, and credit, and operates on a global scale. This role offers meaningful exposure to complex investment structures, fund operations, and senior leadership, providing a strong opportunity to contribute to both day‑to‑day execution and broader strategic financial initiatives within a dynamic, growing organization. Fund Accounting Manager Responsibilities Support deal execution, fund activity, and transaction accounting in partnership with investment teams Assist with quarterly valuations (ASC 820) and complex capital structure analysis Oversee fund financial reporting and ongoing performance tracking Manage fund liquidity, capital calls, and credit facilities Calculate returns and carried interest waterfalls Supervise and mentor junior team members Fund Accounting Manager Qualifications 6-7 years of finance or accounting experience Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CFA preferred Prior experience in a PE/ VC environment If you are interested in the Fund Accounting Manager opportunity, do not hesitate to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
