Nursing Certified Nursing AssistantWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our nursing staff in providing daily care to our patients. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care possible. Your primary goal will be to provide comfort and support to our patients while maintaining a safe and clean environment.Minimum Qualifications:Active Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to communicate effectively with patients and nursing staffAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a healthcare settingExperience working with elderly or disabled patientsBilingual in English and SpanishResponsibilities:Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to patientsAssist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitor and record vital signs and other patient informationAssist with patient mobility and transfersMaintain a safe and clean environment for patientsSkills:As a Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant, you will use your excellent communication skills to interact with patients and nursing staff. You will also use your physical strength and dexterity to assist patients with mobility and transfers. Your attention to detail and ability to record vital signs and other patient information accurately will be crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. Additionally, your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients will be essential in this role.
