Задачи: Lead discovery activities to understand user needs, business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for improvement Plan and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to align stakeholders, define problems, and identify potential solutions Conduct UX audits and usability evaluations to uncover usability issues, friction points, and opportunities to improve user journeys Analyze website performance, user behavior, and analytics data to identify areas for improvement Translate research insights and business requirements into actionable UX recommendations and prioritized improvement plans Prepare clear, structured reports that explain findings, support recommendations with evidence, and outline next steps Plan and oversee website enhancements, collaborating with designers, developers, and other stakeholders Work with existing Design Systems to ensure consistency and usability across digital experiences Support CRO initiatives by identifying hypotheses, contributing A/B testing ideas, and evaluating experimentation opportunities Consider accessibility and inclusive design principles when evaluating and improving digital experiences Explore AI-assisted tools and prototyping workflows to support discovery, communicate ideas, and speed up validation of potential solutions Требования: At least 1 year of experience in UX, web design, or a related digital product role Strong UX mindset and genuine interest in understanding user behavior, needs, and pain points Experience conducting UX audits, usability evaluations, user interviews, and other discovery activities Confidence planning and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams Ability to turn research findings and business needs into actionable recommendations and structured reports Basic knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation Experience with analytics tools such as Hotjar, GA4, or similar platforms Familiarity with Design Systems and translating UX insights into wireframes and mockups using existing components and design standards Good English communication skills (B2+/C1) Basic familiarity with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted prototyping workflows, such as Lovable, Claude, Codex, or similar tools Будет плюсом: visual design skills, a data-driven approach to improving user experience and conversion rates (CRO), knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), experience working directly with clients and presenting research findings or design recommendations, familiarity with UX research methods, user journeys, and information architecture Условия: B2B contract with a private healthcare add-on Access to an Amazon book library 145 Hours per month is the full-time schedule; part-time cooperation is also possible The role involves travel within the EU; necessary travel documents, including a valid visa where required, are needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Bejamas
