An essential part of the building services team, you will carry out assignments, inspections and maintenance of gas, plumbing, electrical, electronic, HVAC systems, painting, grounds maintenance, as well as other assignments as needed. Key requirements: High School Diploma or GEDFour (4) years of apprenticeship training in one or more trades (documented) or four (4) years of experience in the carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, masonry, or one of the mechanical tradesMust have a clean and active NYS Driver's LicenseMust have and maintain a valid FDNY and G71 certificate of fitness required by FDNYWill be friendly and sociable and be able to provide comfort to patients with good interpersonal skills - both verbal and in writingTeam member - with a collaborative, team-based work environment, we are looking for individuals who embrace a high level of care, compassion and teamwork
