As a Systems Reliability and Support Specialist Sr. within PNC's Site Reliability Engineering Center (SRC) you will be based at one of PNC's Information Technology Hubs: Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Dallas, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama, Denver, Colorado, Phoenix, Arizona. Conducts root cause analysis and correction resulting in prevention.Monitors systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics and reports trends.
