Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ. This is a six month contract opportunity.

We are seeking a Data Management Analyst within the Chief Data Office (CDO) to join the Enterprise Data Simplification and Management team. This role will support analysis to develop a Customer ADS Strategy and use the information gathered to draft and submit a compelling business case for future funding. The ideal candidate will bring deep data management and governance expertise, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex enterprise while driving disciplined, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Data Management
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Data Management deliverables
• Review and analyze moderately complex Data Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Data Management deliverables
• Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with client personnel in Data Management

Requirements:

• Four years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education

Desired skills:

• Strong understanding of data management risks and principles
• Proven ability to lead large efforts and drive transformation initiatives
• Skilled in building global relationships and influencing across leadership levels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; effective in matrixed environments with competing priorities
• Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes, take ownership of results, and consistently meet deadlines under pressure
• Ability to synthesize data to inform decisions and balance innovation with practical execution
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries
• Experience in data strategy, customer analytics, or related roles
• Experience on the data management consulting side, not the technology side
• Ability to communicate with executives in an easy to understand and compelling way

Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour
