Welder/Fabricator $2,500 Sign-on Bonus 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts available Earn 15% more by working on 2nd/3rd shift Weekly Pay Overview Greiner Industries is seeking a skilled Welders/Fabricators to join our team. This position will focus primarily on MIG, Flux Core, & TIG welding (depending on department) and requires proficiency in welding aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience welding/fabricating, be required to perform weld tests, read tape measures, and work at heights on platform ladders and scissor lifts. Duties & Responsibilities: MIG, Flux Core, TIG Welding: Perform MIG/Flux Core/TIG welding, primarily on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel components, ensuring strong and precise welds. Structural & Sheet Metal Welding: Weld heavy tubing and sheet metal (14 gauge), including structural and plenum work. Fabrication: Assist in the fabrication of custom components, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and design specifications. Blueprint & Tape Measure Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine welding requirements; accurately measure and cut materials using tape measures. Work at Heights: Safely operate platform ladders and scissor lifts to perform welding tasks in elevated work areas. Min USD $22.00/Hr. Max USD $36.80/Hr.
