The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting. This role involves assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' occupational performance and identify areas for intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence in daily activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
