Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Location & Relocation This position is based at Epic’s Madison, WI campus and requires relocation. Epic provides financial relocation assistance. Position Overview We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team as they support our ongoing growth, expand offerings, and enter new global markets. Responsibilities Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas. Assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes. Minimize risk through proactive counseling and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators and ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Qualifications COVID‑19 vaccination. Relocation to Madison, WI is required and will be fully reimbursed. Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytical skills. Strong academic and professional background. JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
