You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, and ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
