Our client, a growing law firm, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured workers and committed to providing strong client service. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Workers' Compensation matters from case preparation through resolution.
• Manage assigned cases, including legal research, document preparation, discovery, hearings, and court appearances.
• Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed throughout the legal process.
• Evaluate cases and develop effective legal and litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other case-related documents.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and other parties as appropriate.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on complex and challenging matters.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and meet applicable deadlines.
• Provide compassionate, responsive, and professional representation to clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey Bar admission required.
• 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience preferred, but attorneys with less experience or strong relevant litigation experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical, legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and legal technology; experience with Filevine, Slack, RingCentral, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a significant plus.
• Strong interest in Workers' Compensation and representing injured workers.
