2027 Future Talent Program - International Pricing Analytics - Intern

A 12-week internship in the Human Health Division focusing on developing a data-driven framework to measure and communicate the value generated by International Pricing activities in shaping global pharmaceutical pricing decisions. The role combines business analysis, pricing analytics, and data visualization across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design methodology to quantify value from International Pricing recommendations and develop key performance indicators
- Collect and consolidate pricing data from multiple systems to build analytical models estimating financial impact
- Create dashboards and reports visualizing pricing impact at product, market, and portfolio levels
- Map current International Pricing workflows and identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and deliver executive presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in business analytics, economics, finance, data science, health economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R preferred
- Interest in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, or health economics preferred
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111 USD
