Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Part-Time

Location: Gastonia, NC

Juniper Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, resident-centered care while helping our residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility

• Measure and record vital signs and accurately document resident care

• Observe residents for changes in physical or emotional condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team

• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques

• Promote residents' dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

• Support nursing staff in providing high-quality, compassionate care

• Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Current CPR certification preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Strong teamwork, professionalism, and commitment to outstanding resident care
