Groundskeeper/Heavy Equipment OperatorWorks on minor construction projects and handles heavy equipment operations to ensure that all designated areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and attractive manner. Maintains fencing, decking, walkways, asphalt and similar projects. Handles welding and other construction related projects.Education/Certification:High School Diploma or GED equivalent (recognized by the Texas Education Agency or regional accrediting agency)Valid Texas Class C Driver's LicenseSafe driving record verified by Texas Department of Public Safety (meets and maintains liability coverage eligibility)Applicants must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check.
