Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-volume, scratch kitchens. Culinary degree preferred, but a strong passion for cooking is essential. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve peak performance. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
