Responsibilities: Work closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen operations. Uphold the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation. Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency and strong team performance. Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety in all kitchen areas. Collaborate with front‑of‑house management to ensure seamless service. Assist with scheduling, inventory, prep execution, and ordering. Maintain a hands‑on presence during all meal periods, including prep, service, and breakdown. What You'll Bring: Experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant.
