Join our outstanding team!MLC offers a competitive and thoughtfully designed rewards package that supports both financial security and long-term career development:401(k) Plan The company matches a portion of employee 401(k) contributions and also provides an additional employer-funded contribution, regardless of employee participation, to help support long?term retirement savings.Tuition Reimbursement Reimbursement for 100% of approved eligible education expenses after six months of employment to support continued learning and career advancement.Vacation and Holiday Pay Employees receive paid vacation as well as recognized company-paid holidays to support work-life balance throughout the year.Health Savings & Wellness Benefits Employer HSA contributions for medical plan participants, a comprehensive wellness program, and $100 annually toward a gym membership.Disability & Employee Assistance Coverage Company?provided disability insurance and access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering mental health, financial, and personal support resources.Incentive Program Eligibility for performance-based incentive opportunities aligned with individual and organizational success.Career Growth & Development Opportunities Access to professional development resources and opportunities within a growing, global organization.Coming soon…Student Loan Reimbursement assistanceAbout the JobThe Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and rebuilds on plant and mobile equipment to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance.Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant and mobile equipment.Perform preventive maintenance and document findings to support equipment reliability.Disassemble, rebuild, and install crushing, screening, and conveying equipment.Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and compressed air systems.Perform shaft alignments, bearing installations, and belt, chain, and sprocket alignments using precision tools.Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance documentation accurately within the CMMS system.Operate plant mobile equipment and assist with fabrication, welding, and metal repairs.Maintain a safe work environment while complying with MSHA regulations and company safety standards.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.Working knowledge of precision measuring tools, bearings, lubricants, seals, and equipment alignment practices.Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in physically demanding environments.Basic computer, math, and written communication skills.Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call rotations as required.Preferred QualificationsValid welding certification, such as ASME 4G or equivalent.Experience with welding, cutting, fabrication, and basic steel component design.Knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying, and dust collection equipment.Experience operating cranes, rigging equipment, and plant mobile equipment.Familiarity with thermography, non-destructive testing, and thickness testing.Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.The Fine PrintBenefits and perquisites may vary based on the nature and location of each job.About MLCMLC, headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., is a leading global supplier of high-calcium lime products and technical solutions.
