What You'll Do

* Reach out to interested candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their enthusiasm

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and assist in their hiring journey

* Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads

How You'll Be Compensated

This is a commission-based opportunity that focuses on performance. This means your earning potential is limitless, paving the way for your success.

Your compensation will be based on tangible value created:

* Commission for each qualified meeting you set up
