A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the firm's legal billing process and related A/R functions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute monthly legal invoices.
Review attorney time, expenses, rates, adjustments, and write-offs for accuracy.
Manage e-billing submissions and resolve rejected or disputed invoices.
Work with attorneys and clients to resolve billing questions and issues.
Monitor A/R aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
Post and reconcile client payments, credits, and adjustments.
Assist with billing reports, reconciliations, and month-end processes.

Qualifications

2+ years of legal billing experience in a law firm.
Strong knowledge of legal billing and A/R processes.
Experience with e-billing platforms preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and Excel skills.
Experience with legal billing or accounting software.
