New Opening as of 1/29/2026 We are looking to hire a front-end receptionist for our chronic pain clinic. Responsibilities

• Greeting office visitors and managing patient intake.
• Answering and routing incoming calls.
• Scheduling patient appointments and managing providers' calendars.
• Updating patient records, including personal information and insurance and billing data.
• Work with other staff members to ensure accuracy
• Interact with patients when insurance matters need to be clarified
• Qualifications

· Able to work independently and as a positive member of a team

· Able to keep pace with the pressure of working in a medical clinic.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent Computer literacy skills
