The GM will have an assigned lead staff member in each studio for additional support. QUALIFICATIONS:Associate degree or 2 yrs. College preferred min.Sales Management: 1 year (Required)Leadership/Team Management-Supervision: 1+ year (Required)Boutique Fitness Experience: 1 year (Preferred)Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales and customer serviceExperience supervising personnel and assigning tasks.Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private rides, and teacher trainingPassionate about fostering B2B partnerships and community engagementExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skillsFlexible to studio work scheduleAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAbility to excel in a fast changing and diverse environmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public and foster community, within the team and the studio membershipProficiency with computers and studio software RESPONSIBILITIES:Meet Studio Goals and implement plan and strategies to achieve themProvide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face, phone and email.Contact prospects/leads to schedule Pilates class and enroll them on Intro classes or sell membershipEvaluate and assess monthly studio KPIs (key performance indicators) to improve studio results.Manage Studio on Social Media in order to promote the studio and help to generate leads.Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio incoordination with regional general manager and ownerLead generation including grass roots marketing and networkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classEnsure that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsSupervise team and assure they meet their goalsProficiency in Club Ready and POS system, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Collect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studioEnforce company and studio policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsCreate and manage staff scheduleDirectly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsPartner with Lead Instructor to ensure class experience and attendance are above standardIndependently make decisions related to high level customer serviceJob Type: Full-timePay: Starting at $45,000.00Benefits:Monthly Performance Bonus Eligibility401(k) + matchingMonthly Health Reimbursement Paid time offFree access to open class slotsAccess to Management, Leadership, Development Materials via Action CoachEmployee Discount
