HR Generalist Full Time Full-Time Paola, Paola, KS, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1771 Salary Range: $58,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually About the Position: We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist with a strong background in recruitment to join our team in Paola, KS. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, shaping company culture, and driving recruitment efforts for a growing organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: source, screen, interview, and hire candidates for a variety of roles Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the Paola and regional job markets Collaborate with department leaders to identify hiring needs and craft effective job descriptions Coordinate and lead onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation Support HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement Assist with benefits administration, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives Stay informed about local employment trends and proactively adjust recruiting strategies as needed Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, with a significant focus on recruitment/talent acquisition Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing methods Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred Preferred Qualifications: HR experience in the Paola, KS or Kansas City metro area SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification Why Work With Us?
