Responsibilities

Connect with local community members to understand their insurance needs and long-term goals.

Review existing coverage to ensure clients have the protection they actually need for their specific situation.

Explain complex insurance concepts in plain language so clients feel confident in their decisions.

Manage a growing book of business while maintaining a high level of personalized service.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our local outreach and community engagement efforts.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong comfort level with learning and utilizing new insurance software and digital tools.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, welcoming approach.

Previous experience with life or health insurance products is a plus.
