About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and scale its national footprint with a strong focus on operational excellence, financial management, and a people-centric approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise operations and leadership, developing and executing long-term operational strategies, and ensuring the consistent performance of multi-site operations. This role demands an empathetic and people-focused leader who is also operationally driven, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator. The VP of Operations will be expected to continuously improve and standardize processes, protect quality and safety standards, and lead the integration of new locations and acquisitions. Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 8-10 years' of progressive operational leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing complex, quality-driven operations. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, including P&L responsibility, and experience in a corporate setting with exposure to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus, and experience in operational scaling, M&A integrations, and implementing or optimizing various business platforms. A background in continuous improvement methodologies and a certification in Lean Six Sigma are also desirable. The role is pivotal in maintaining the company's core values of reliability, empathy, customer focus, dedication, and attention to detail, and the candidate should be prepared to lead with a calm, confident, and compassionate approach.
