Brand Einstein Bros. Bagels Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. We offer a work-life balance with stores closing at 2 pm. Shift Leader Overview Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate team members, provide feedback, coach staff, and set the morale and tone of the team. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring high quality food and beverages, a safe and clean environment, and a positive guest experience. Responsibilities The role includes motivating staff, coaching team members, opening/closing the store, maintaining quality and cleanliness, and ensuring safety.
