You will work with departments across the company, both within the US and globally, to provide leadership and advice on a wide range of industry and commercial legal matters.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the company's legal strategy and risk managementEnsure compliance across all jurisdictions where the company operatesDraft, review, and negotiate complex B2B SaaS agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), data processing agreements (DPAs), and vendor contracts, ensuring terms protect the company's interests while facilitating a streamlined sales cycleCollaborate closely with product, engineering, and security teams to identify and mitigate legal risks related to data protection, intellectual property (IP), and the handling of sensitive data across all product development and service deliveryPartner cross-functionally to understand business needs, improve processes, and provide right-sized legal support to enable the achievement of corporate goalsDevelop and drive policies and procedures designed to enhance regulatory and business standards compliance and support the company's objectivesSupervise and coordinate with outside counsel as necessary
