Job Description General Function The Store Manager is an on‑floor leader who performs all store functions and guides the team. They coach, develop and inspire associates to deliver the Sunglass Hut Experience and drive sales. Major Duties and Responsibilities Utilize Sunglass Hut Experience tools to deliver the sales plan and company objectives. Develop the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results. Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals. Lead by example, coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance store performance. Apply a people‑first philosophy to grow careers, encourage teamwork and retain talent. Network, recruit, hire, and train staff using onboarding tools. Inspire team growth through individual development plans. Create an inspirational and motivating work environment reflecting brand integrity. Build an emotional connection within the team that translates into sales. Spend 100% of time present on the sales floor. Coach and develop the team to ensure consistent, absolute execution of the Sunglass Hut Experience. Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback. Act as an ambassador for the brand and consistently execute brand standards. Stay knowledgeable of product and trends in merchandise and fashion. Motivate, coach, and inspire the team as brand ambassadors. Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures while maintaining standards. Communicate information regarding promotions, contests, and incentives. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous leadership experience of 2+ years. Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations. Detail‑oriented. Ability to use critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of operational components.
