HVAC/Plumbing Purchasing/Buyer Specialist

We are a large growing HVAC/Plumbing contractor in Palo Alto that works on many of California’s biggest and best HVAC/Plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire California’s best and brightest HVAC Purchasing Specialist in the near future. Responsibilities: Responsible for project documentation, permit applications, issuing purchasing orders. Interaction, coordination, and maintain a strong relationship with: clients, communication with, field staff, project managers, vendors, and suppliers. Manage and negotiate inventory re-balancing with suppliers, forecast to insure efficient and timely flow of inventory. Requirements: Local 5+ years of prior experience. Extensive knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing materials and systems. Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel).
