Draft, review, and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide well-reasoned legal opinions. Prepare and present arguments in court, including trials and hearings. Manage all aspects of case preparation and execution, including client meetings, discovery, and depositions. Collaborate with clients and legal professionals to develop case strategies and objectives. Negotiate settlements and settlement terms with opposing counsel. Stay current with legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff as needed. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in litigation with a focus on copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, or complex commercial litigation. Superior academic credentials, including a J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar of California. Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proven track record of handling complex litigation matters effectively.
