Medical Device Assembler

No Experience Required – Paid Training Provided!

Looking to start a career in manufacturing? We're hiring Medical Device Assemblers to join our growing production team! No previous medical device or assembly experience is required—we provide comprehensive, paid training to help you succeed.

In this role, you'll assemble life-changing medical devices in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and small components according to detailed work instructions.
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment to complete production tasks.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Work with small parts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative manufacturing team.
• Support other production and assembly tasks as needed.
• Follow cleanroom procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when assigned to cleanroom production areas.

Qualifications

• No previous assembly experience required—we will train!
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.

• Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, and cleanroom garments when applicable.
