Operator I – 2nd Shift

Location: Liberty, SC (Onsite)

Pay: $16.78/hour

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Position Overview:

Are you dependable, eager to learn, and looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We're hiring Operator I team members to support the assembly of high-quality medical devices in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing experience is not required —we're looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, inspect, test, and package medical device components following detailed work instructions.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicate production issues or improvement ideas to supervisors.
• Support team production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and good attendance.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
