What You’ll Do:

• Support recruiting efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help welcome new hires by coordinating onboarding, orientation, and required paperwork.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and IT to ensure new hires have required equipment, system access, and onboarding setup completed prior to start dates.
• Assist with performance management by scheduling evaluations and tracking progress.
• Support employee benefits enrollment and respond to general benefits questions.
• Help coordinate employee training on policies, compliance, and professional development.
• Create and share internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable style.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Schedule:

• Varies, 8-hour shifts daily.

Location:

• Hybrid: Cedar Park office and remote home office.
