Job Title: HR Analyst (People Analytics & Reporting) Location: Onsite in Cedar Park, TX Employment Type: Contract (6 months) Industry: Aerospace / Technology Compensation: $40-$55/hr DOE Schedule: Exempt / Standard Business Hours About the Opportunity The HR Analyst (People Analytics & Reporting) transforms workforce data into actionable insights that support business and talent decisions. You will influence workforce strategy, define key metrics, and provide insights that directly impact organizational performance and decisionmaking. What You'll Do Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using Workday and other tools Track and analyze workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, and hiring trends Develop executive level reporting and standardized reporting packages Translate data into insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders Support HR data governance, system optimization, and audit readiness initiatives Job Requirements What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience 5+ years of experience working with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or workforce analytics Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights Experience building dashboards and reports using data visualization tools What Sets You Apart Experience developing HR metrics and workforce analytics frameworks Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel reporting Experience supporting data governance, SOX controls, or audit processes Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders Additional Information Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen Must be authorized to work in the United States No security clearance required Position requires frequent sitting and occasional standing or walking Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally Equal Opportunity Employer Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
