Materials Technician

MAG USA, Inc. is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Material Technician/Forklift Operator to join our team at our Clinton, Tennessee facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of our logistics and material functions - forklift operation, keeping product moving, inventory accurate, and the warehouse running smoothly. Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move and stage materials throughout the facility Perform inventory control and cycle counting to maintain accurate stock records Utilize handheld scanners for receiving, picking, and shipping functions Follow and uphold all workplace safety standards at all times Report equipment issues, discrepancies, or abnormalities promptly to supervisor Support teammates and assist in other warehouse functions as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & experience 2+ years of forklift operation experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred Experience in shipping, receiving, barcode scanning, and general warehouse functions Proficient in basic math skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with others Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated work ethic Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift Comfortable standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr
