ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2014 and today lead a team of seven who take great pride in working together and serving others well. I earned my BA in Business Management in 1987 and am married with three children. Outside the office, I enjoy watching and coaching sports and playing hockey, which reflects the teamwork, discipline, and competitive spirit that carry into our agency.


Giving back is an important part of who we are - we actively support Barbi's Blankets to help cancer patients, the Pass It On Project to support low-income families, and other local New Jersey organizations that make a meaningful impact in our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Scott Klar - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
