Overview Triage vendor collaboration center - responsible for providing first-level vendor support. Manage small/medium initiatives/vendor accounts in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial) Specialized in a legacy company system, processes, and procedures. Responsible for knowledge in a sub-set of categories. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC. Responsibilities Manage small/medium initiatives in terms of scope/complexity/value (process/financial). Manage small/medium vendor accounts in terms of COGS, visibility, and vendor tier participation - fewer in size and scope than the Analyst V. Manage the triage vendor collaboration center - expected to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Responsible for providing first-level vendor support, sharing documents, parsing files. Support senior-level collaboration analysts and appropriately elevate issues. Support delivering business insights and change management. Support cross-functional process improvements, projects, and initiatives. Collaborate with teams from 3rd-party resources, Supply Chain, SC Procurement, and the Brands, conducting analysis to target improvements in sales, on-shelf availability, COGS, and unsaleables. Support implementation of the company's new ways of working in assigned areas and the Brands. Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values. Requirements Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and data analysis skills; demonstrated experience developing data-driven analytical models. Customer Focus. Strategic Planning Acumen. Proven project management skills: conceptualizing, planning, estimating, and executing. Negotiation Skills. Excellent people skills and ability to build strong relationships and lead groups. Attention to Detail. Ability to manage and influence others in the organization, including executive levels. Proven track record of delivering high quality results in a timely manner. Ability to influence change within ADUSA, the Brands and the Vendor community. Ability to analyze complex problems and data sets. Comfortable working in a virtual environment with reporting associates and/or leadership located in other campuses. Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar work experience. 2 years' relevant experience. ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560 Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
