The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes with special expertise in engineering.Responsibilities:Lead new welding development researchTroubleshoot welding issues both internally and with suppliersDevelop processes for quotationsDevelop weld cell designs for efficient manufacturingDevelop and specify welding standards and best practicesDevelop and specify welding equipment and componentsImprove welding equipment OEEReduce welding scrapProgram managementPromote sound welding principles throughout the organizationQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
