Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for conducting lease negotiations, facilitating transactions, and managing relationships with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in the commercial real‑estate market. Key responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, preparing market research reports, negotiating lease agreements and sales transactions, and representing clients during property showings. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Wayne, PA, that requires strong communication and sales acumen, as well as knowledge of the commercial real‑estate industry.
