Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow a network of referral sources including hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and social workers
• Conduct consultative sales meetings with prospective clients and their families to assess home care needs
• Present and promote A Place At Home's home care services to healthcare professionals and community partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to drive consistent lead generation
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools
• Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless client onboarding

Requirements:

• Previous experience in healthcare sales, home care, or a related field strongly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a flexible, commission-based structure
• Knowledge of the senior care, home health, or healthcare industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for helping seniors and families
