Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,515 per week

Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Morgan Hill, California. Look for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a home health team in Morgan Hill, CA as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience preferred. Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week. Ability to travel within the local service area and provide care in patients' homes as required. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience. Experience with documentation systems commonly used in home health settings. Experience with wound care, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred. Assignment Details Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
