Senior Dynamics Developer

GovCIO is looking for an experienced Senior CRM developer to support the continued enhancement and operations of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal and to supercharge our systems with new technology and functionality. This position requires experience in an Agile Scrum environment with the ability to handle multiple items in a single sprint. This position is mostly remote, and will ccasionally require going onsite our Washington, DC client site. ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with the functional team and testing team, as well as other developers, as you implement required user stories, providing continued feedback on the quality of the acceptance criteria and testing. Mentor other developers and collaborate with other senior members of the team. Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, covering Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence, and other modern tools. QualificationsBachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and Experience5 years of experience in Power Platform and PortalsExperience to lead implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality and modules within Dynamics. Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
