Job DeveloperThe Job Developer networks in the private and public sectors to develop career-building opportunities for Youthbuild students.Your broad responsibilities will include:Develop and maintain partnerships in the public and private sectors that will provide career opportunities that are aligned with Youthbuild students' interests and goals.Develop and maintain relationships with employers: Build strong relationships with businesses through networking, regular communication, and personalized outreach. This includes activities such as proactively participating in relevant networking groups to create and foster connections, share insights, and stay abreast of industry trends.Work with the program manager to market the program to potential employers.
