Ministry Function The Salesforce Administrator supports the ministry of Convoy of Hope by configuring, supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving Salesforce and installed applications. The role involves gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, managing the product roadmap, and identifying areas of improvement with a focus on increasing the effectiveness of fundraising efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Make Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. Oversee day‑to‑day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. Use analytical and data‑management skills to create Key Performance Indicator reports for the Office of the President and other assignments. Monitor data integration, identify and resolve problem areas using Data Modeling and Migration tools. Troubleshoot reports, build dashboards, and transform numerical data into actionable information to support strategic decisions. Architect new initiatives for efficient data collection into the CRM and reporting, including interface with other databases. Document system configurations, processes, and provide training materials for end‑users and new hires. Maintain database health by offering support and best‑practice recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Three years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator or two years as a Salesforce Administrator consultant. Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Multiple Salesforce certifications preferred (System Administrator, Sales Cloud or Non‑Profit Cloud); Advanced Administrator Certification also preferred. Strong analytical and data‑management skills. Experience with Data Modeling and Migration tools. Ability to multitask, complete projects within deadlines, and communicate clearly. Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and efficiency. Confidence and outgoing personality with a focus on customer satisfaction. Conscious of Christian values and ability to demonstrate the Statement of Faith. Cultural awareness and collaborative ability with international colleagues. Commitment to participating in organizational events and meetings. Advocacy for ministry and development of financial and resource opportunities.
