Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to individuals of all ages and their families. The ideal candidate will possess strong professional knowledge, be able to work independently, and effectively execute nursing procedures in accordance with established guidelines, physician's orders, and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nursing care procedures based on professional knowledge and patient conditions.
• Support patients and their families with empathetic care throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists.

Work Schedule

Flexible shifts are available, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required.
• Current certifications needed include:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) — must be obtained within one year of hire
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) — must be completed within one year of hire
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) — required within one year of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification — must be completed within six months of hire
• Emergency Severity Index Level 5 training within three months of hire
• Patient Sitter Competency Training upon hire
