ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2011 and has grown to a team of 10 dedicated professionals who share a passion for serving our community and supporting one another. Before becoming an agent, I worked in wealth management after earning my undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge and my MBA from University of La Verne.

I’m heavily involved in the community, serving on multiple non-profit boards and previously as a commissioner for the City of Santa Clarita for four years. Supporting youth sports is a big passion of mine, and we sponsor teams every chance we get.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Henry Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
