- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related degree + CQE certification .
- Basic knowledge of:
- Blueprint reading & GD&T
- QSR / ISO regulations
- Design assurance
- FMEA
- Product testing methods
- Quality inspection/evaluation
- Experience or ability to use CMMs and optical comparators .
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, deadline management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office .
