We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our busy multi-specialty medical clinic in Palmdale, California. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and knowledgeable HR professional who can oversee all aspects of human resources while supporting a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources management experience
• Experience in a healthcare or medical clinic setting is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of California employment laws, wage and hour regulations, and HR compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and California employment laws
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, and workers' compensation claims
• Maintain personnel records and HR documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Assist department managers with employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate employee training and professional development
• Support payroll processing and HR reporting as needed
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
