Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering and at least 5 years of applied experience.
• Were looking for hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, including the ability to evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Candidates should understand responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and resiliency and security expectations, and be able to guide colleagues in safe and effective practices.
• We require software or application development experience, preferably focused on mobile development.
• Candidates should have experience providing technical leadership and mentoring diverse teams that build native mobile applications.
• We require strong Android development experience, including building applications with Kotlin.
• Candidates should know common architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, and MVC.
• Were looking for experience with modern native mobile development tools and frameworks, including Git, Xcode, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, CoreData, Android Studio, Robolectric, Mockito, Espresso, RxJava, Dagger, and Retrofit.
• Candidates should have experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and working in Agile environments, including daily scrums and iteration reviews and planning.
• We require a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of software applications and technical processes in a discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile technology.
• Preferred: familiarity with mobile performance optimization, device-based testing, and common mobile platform constraints.
• Preferred: working knowledge of multiple programming languages, such as Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java, C++, JavaScript, Ruby, and Python.
• Preferred: experience with Git source control and integrating RESTful web services into mobile applications.
• Preferred: strong communication skills, including the ability to clarify application requirements with business partners and document technical information.

• We expect you to develop creative software solutions, design and build technology, and troubleshoot technical issues using approaches beyond routine methods.
• You will develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
• You will encourage the team to adopt enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, while promoting secure coding, peer review, automated testing, and reuse of effective patterns.
• You will apply software development lifecycle tools, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value of automation.
• You will identify ways to eliminate recurring issues or automate their remediation to strengthen application and system stability.
• You will lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams, assessing architectural designs, technical capabilities, and suitability for existing systems and information architecture.
