Manufacturing Grinding Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Operate one or more types of grinding and cutting equipment.
• Remove excess metal and surface imperfections from sand castings.
• Eliminate fins, burrs, parting lines, flashing, gates, and risers.
• Ensure finished parts meet customer specifications.
• Maintain required quality standards and consistency in production

Manufacturing Grinding Technician Qualifications:

• Previous experience in grinding, metal finishing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to operate grinding and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of casting processes and metal removal techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work in a hot environment.
