What You'll Do

• Install new residential roofs, perform full re-roofs, retrofits, and roof repairs.
• Work with shingle, tile, foam, and flat roof systems.
• Identify roof issues and complete high-quality repairs (flashing, underlayment, leak fixes).
• Ensure all roof penetrations are sealed and meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work sites and follow local codes and company standards.
• Support occasional warranty and service calls.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience working in construction or outdoor labor roles
• Experience in Residential Roofing a plus (shingle or tile).
• OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 Preferred)
• • or ability to obtain within 6 months ​
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and repair techniques.
• Experience using standard roofing tools and safety equipment.
• Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and in various weather conditions.
• Can lift 75–100 lbs and perform physical work including bending and kneeling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR for the past 5 years.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position and may require additional training such as First Aid, CPR and Competent Person Training.
